01. Price Match Offer

When you enrol with Open Learning College we want you to know you’re getting the best course with the most comprehensive support structure at the best price.

 

Open Learning College Price Match Refund is your guarantee that you’re never paying too much for any of our courses. 

 
It’s simple. We’re so confident that we’re offering you a fantastic deal – we’ll refund twice the difference if you find the exact same course cheaper on any other UK website within 7 days of your purchase.
 
To request a price match refund, just complete the form below and submit. You will receive an automated acknowledgment of your request, and we will review the details and reply to you via email within three business days.
 
Upon our acceptance of your price match request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your price match refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.
 
Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of Open Learning College, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
 

02. Terms & Conditions

You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following terms and conditions:
 
  • The course material must be identical to the material from Open Learning College and must be new (in the same condition). Please note if either material includes any additions to the course e.g. a USB Pen Drive or free gifts, these are excluded from the Price Match. Courses must be ‘like for like’.
  • The price used to calculate the matching price is the total cost including VAT taxes and shipping.
  • The Internet retailer offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery.
  • The Internet retailer must be a fully operating business website in the United Kingdom as determined by Open Learning College.
  • Auction sites do not qualify for the price guarantee, nor do classified ads of a sole entity selling a single item(s) such as a listing seller on Ebay.
  • Claims must be received via our submission form below within 7 days from purchase date.
  • Limited to one claim per customer in any 90 day time period.
  • The pricematch guarantee, unless specified otherwise, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  • Limited to one of the same item number per customer, e.g. if a bulk purchase is made, only one course will be price matched.
  • Does not apply to Internet retailers offering special promotions such as free giveaways, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders and/or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers.
  • Shipping costs are to be included when comparing the prices.
  • Our Price Guarantee applies to online orders only. Should an Internet retailer have an item at a lower price in a store or in print, they must also have that item online in order to qualify.
  • Open Learning College must be able to confirm the lower price with reasonable efforts by its staff.
  • Open Learning College reserves the final right to best determine eligibility for this Price Guarantee.
  • Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item at a particular price, it is not eligible for price matching.
  • Price Guarantee is subject to change without prior notice.

 

03. Price Match Refund Request Form

Please include the following details in the above form. 

 

  • Your name and contact details.
  • URL’s of the item(s) you are comparing and the cost of the cheaper product.
  • URL of the website page that has the course at a lower price and company name.
  • A screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited).
  • We will review the details and reply to you via email within three business days.
